Hi out there and in here,
I have been writing for years...since I was 13 actually....I am into my 40's now...
I love this kind of self-expression
It has been my saviour in the stressful moments of my life
With the highs and lows comes the need to release the pressure from my head...
I have a special friend that says I think too much...
To him I say...thoughts turn into reality...
It is how I create my life...and the world around me...
Rolling thoughts

Help me not to sink and drown
I am not the only one out there
Who writes away
Sadness and care

Help keep my feet on the ground
In this moment as I write
Tense eases
Pain takes flight

i write abstract poems, no rhyming, it is sort of like a story to me,
they have meanings, hidden and obvious.
i dont really write about things that have happened to me, i write about predicaments that others can relate to.
i am thirteen in 8th grade and live in Georgia, i loved poetry since 6th grade!! |

The history of life on earth has been a history of interaction between living things and their surroundings. To a large extent, the physical form and the habits of the earth's vegetation and its animal life have been molded by the environment. Considering the whole span of earthly time, the opposite effect, in which life actually modifies its surroundings,has been relatively slight. Only in the present century has one species--man acquired significant power to alter the nature of his world.
